Kelsey Paradis

I’m a Minnesota transplant and graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire in 2014 with a BS in Geology. I am so glad to be a part of the team at Friends School, which I have learned quickly is such a nourishing environment.  I have a 5 year old daughter who is starting her own full-time education this year and I am so excited that we are both taking a learning journey! Becoming a parent – and in a way, being my child’s first teacher – was what gave me the push into considering teaching as a career. As my child grows it has become apparent that it’s something that gives me so much joy, and I am very grateful for the opportunity to spend time with the kids in Chelsea’s 2nd grade class this year doing what I’m passionate about – working with children!

Outside of the classroom, I love to sew, travel, garden, and hike!
